Pantones Colour of the year 2011 ♥

How excited was i when i heard about  Pantone's new colour of the year.  Turquoise was last year's colour and it was a total hit for me.  Now honeysuckle is the new turquoise and I'm just in love with them both lol...oh i want to get decorating!!! Image via apartment therapy

Squint Bright Furniture Love...

Still love this store, could spend a small fortune on the comfy furniture and  accessories available at Squint, unfortunately most of the stuff is out of my  price range, maybe a little diy project would be good idea, the mirrors in particular are amazing x

Found this amazing chair at europeanchicdesign, i love it!!!! so bright and colourful....maybe i will find one one day thats in my price range lol until then i will keep wishing:) x  Just found the the original source here at kellyswallowpatchworkchairs.  Kellys work is amazing, i want a chair like this in my home x

Living Room Love....

Was on madebygirl earlier as i normally do looking for more lovely inspiration and i came across her blog sonja's high rise tour .  As soon as i clicked on  this i fell in love with her living room, its so bright light and fresh and i just love it.  Sonja's blog tied with a bow  is fab with lots of lovely ideas and inspiration. Just had to share.... this is one il be checking on regularly:) x

Sunday Swan Love.......

How cute are these little swan ornaments.  I picked them up for £1 at a local thrift store, the big one was originally white and the wee one was bottle green.  In between sanding and painting the wardrobe today i thought i would try out my new plasticote spray paint.  I think they turned out quite well.  Busy wee day today, the wardrobe is nearly finished and its looking ok, will post photos once its finished......

Love this livingroom found here on design sponge especially the cushions.  I also love the pink sofa, the retro lamp and the big mirror......want it all lol!

I have fallen in love with this home found here on chicgeekdesign.  I love the use of bright accessories to bring the room to life.  Never really been a fan of yellow but i think it works really well with the black, grey ,and turquoise accents.  I also love the pink flowers and the gorgeous fabric of course.........so nice!!!

New Blog Find Love.................

Just found this new blog and love all the bright bold colours the writer uses in her home, it really is beautiful, go have a look for yourself over at ada and darcy.  I really like the stripey rug, morrocan pouffe and colourful cushions and the wee dogs are rather cute too:)

Love these rooms found on Design Pad . Love the butterfly wallpaper and the cute little cushion. Never would have thought zebra print would have complimented this wallpaper but it really does! Really love the second image, all white walls with an eclectic mix of design, colour and accesories...really nice!!!!!!!!

Just absolutely love this website although i cant actually read it as its not in english, the more i flick through it though the more words im picking up lol.  I just love all the plain white rooms with loads of bright colour......so nice, and all found here on Bolig
